1. Appointment Booking:
- All appointments must be booked in advance through our designated channels, either online, via phone, or in-person. Walk-in appointments may be accepted at the discretion of our available professionals.
- A deposit may be required to secure appointments, which will be deducted from the total cost of services.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual without prior explanation.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- We understand that plans may change. However, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Arrival and Late Policy:
- Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time, or a request to reschedule to accommodate other clients. No discounts or refunds will be provided for shortened appointments due to lateness.
4. Hygiene and Safety:
- We uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in our salon.
- All equipment is thoroughly sanitized and disinfected between each client.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any client displaying symptoms of illness to maintain the safety of our staff and other clients.
5. Pricing and Payments:
- Prices for services are clearly displayed in our salon and on our website.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other designated payment methods.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee:

- The Nail Studio LLC, Community Centers of America Plaza Del Rio LLC, and Logan Main Street and 400 Main LLC are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit to our salon.
- Please ensure all valuables are kept safe and secure during your appointment.

- Gift cards are available for purchase from some artists and can be redeemed for services or products offered by our salon.
- Promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions and may have expiration dates, and may vary from technician to technician.
